Laura M. Blair

Producer of The Grey Area screening Friday, February 4 at 7:30pm - Theatre 1

Laura was born and raised right here in Jacksonville, Fl. She got her B.A. in Film & Media Arts from The University of Tampa and her career has successfully stretched through feature film, episodic television, reality television, documentary, commercial, and corporate video. She has worked for large studios and large brands just as much as she has worked for independent film makers and small brands. She works freelance as a Line Producer and Location Manager on commercial productions and is part of the Teamster union.

It has been an ongoing goal for Laura to make sets more inclusive; not only for women, but also for people of color, LQBTQ+, and disabled. Her focus is always on bringing more production to Florida, where we have locations that can play as “Anywhere USA” and amazing crew. Everywhere from Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, to Miami - she can sell locations that will work for most films, shows, or commercials.

She currently resided in Orlando, Fl with her 13 year old son, Theo.
